Registration

Please complete all information on this registration form to register for Thirty-Five Years of Woven Memories Seminar, September 17th and 18th in Winston-Salem.

1. Choose your top 4 classes for Friday and your top 4 classes for Saturday. Class assignments will take place after May 21st, and instructions for paying for assigned classes will be sent at a later date. Registration for first round choices closes on May 20th, so please submit by then. (You can register afterwards  based on available classes.)

2. Please send your $59 seminar registration fee via PayPal button below left.

3. Make your hotel reservations, and then get ready to weave!
