Please List Your Top 4 Class Choices by Teacher and Basket Name for Friday and Your Top 4 for Saturday on The Registration Form. Once your registration is complete, please print and mail your form along with a check for $60 payable to Winston Salem Basketmakers for your registation to Shirley McGukin, 1811 W Lexington Ave, High Point, NC 27262.

Once your classes are assigned, we'll notify you with information on how to submit your class fees.
